not the smartest.....

 I love to lay in bed in the evening, watching tv and stitch my blanket. The blanket I sleep under.
Sleep under work in progress......

BUT......
do you see the holes?

I need another blanket for sleeping and patch the holes in this one.
Oh it was such a luxurious feeling to sleep under this coloured by nature silk one....

    just beautiful. i have a similar plan for my dyed cloths. did you sew onto a base cloth?

    nee, gemakkelijk zal dat niet gaan, in bed liggen en aan dit kunstwerk werken!

    maar ..

    de nachten zijn tegenwoordig veel te zwoel om ergens onder te gaan kruipen, yvette? :-))

    Beautiful blanket, definitely a blanket for dreaming! One day I will start on my eco or rust dyed clothes so I can make one similar... earthy and organic, rich with stitch to snuggle under.

    Zo mooi dit dekentje, maar ik zou het liever een echt kunstwerk noemen. Het is als het leven: uit beetjes en stukjes opgebouwd tot het iets prachtigs wordt... Zo verder doen lieverd!
